The check light was on. I took the vehicle to the and they said I must run over something to crack canister. However, the plastic around the outside was not cracked. in perfect condition.

The part is together. Very suspicious the crack is right where the two are molded. The dealer wants to fix this. The Highlander is less one year old and has just 15,445 on it.

I paid $48,000 for this and they are not going to cover part. Granted this is part of the emission system, my state does not even but I still think this is a part and should be covered warranty.

issues (the repairs in additional damage) – I own a Toyota Highlander, which has an with a loose feeling wheel that is also off Over the summer, I brought it in to Toyota to get an alignment, after to a service adviser who recommended it hearing my issue. I also 4 brand new tires from at the same time.

The problem went away for a while, but then it returned and I had the issue. I did some research on my own and that there was a TSB that correct the issue. I called and spoke to a service adviser, who me that I should bring it in and can diagnose it for free.

The next day I brought it in to Wilde and had me sign a piece of paper said they will be it. I made it very clear I wasn’t authorizing any work to be until they speak to me and I okay the charges. An hour the service adviser came out and me that I’m all set and that I over $180. I asked to to the service manager, Mike **, who was pushing back and told me I was responsible for the charges.

Finally, after a long with them, the adviser to waive the labor and told me I could just pay for the parts. I for the parts and left. I ended up an email to the general manager the day, expressing my dissatisfaction the service department.

But he never got to me.

A few weeks after I sent an to the service department and the service but they also ignored me, the has become worse after performed the TSB on my vehicle. The steering feels even looser and I that is now a safety issue. I Toyota headquarters and they got in with the customer relations Mary, who basically told me she couldn’t do anything. I cannot how I am being treated by Wilde.

know my safety issue but they don’t want to any accountability to assist me. They made my issue worse and are responsible to fix it.

Please send this to the manager and the service manager. I that Wilde Toyota fix my issue free of charge. should have a master work on it who knows what are doing.

Since I feel it is a safety issue, I need to them assure me that it is if they accept to take my back to repair what should have repaired the time.
