SUV showdown: Toyota Land Prado vs Mitsubishi Pajero

Hi,

I have read most of articles in Top Gear ‘s and none of it is about diesel-fed sport-utility vehicles . I’d to get your opinion on these

Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 Di-D

Land Cruiser Prado 3.0

Nissan Patrol Super 3.0 Di

I hope you can rank them and I you can tell me about their and disadvantages. I also hope you can me which vehicle is worth and which one is not.

Godspeed and thank you!

Hi, Patrick!

Wow, you got yourself a and yummy short list of

At the top of the list is the Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 . It is hands-down my favorite SUV, only to the Toyota Land LC200 V8 . The Mitsubishi Pajero is:

a.) enough with a versatile

b.) able to handle both roads and moderate 4×4 very well

c.) able to handle tight and mountain roads very

d.) equipped with a suspension is comfortable and offers very body-control, and that can resist pitching and yawing when you do lane-changing maneuvers

I fell in with the Mitsubishi Pajero so I one (actually, with the same but not with the common-rail variant, the direct injection diesel and used it for a few years. The power was Fuel economy was amazing.

I was able to max it to about 190kmh in the wet on Tollway and the Pajero felt rock-solid and stable all the way.

The Land Cruiser Prado is as good as the Pajero. I say almost I haven’t used one as extensively as the a few short test drives in people’s privately-owned Prados. what I remember, it isn’t as and it has a slightly less desirable position compared to the Pajero. It is and has a much braver and bold which is amazing considering all Toyotas have that generic and friendly look.

It does have a multitude of driving aids for off-roading the hill-descent control and hill-ascent control which might it the edge on harder 4×4 trails over the Pajero.

the Mitsubishi Pajero and Toyota Cruiser Prado have brakes, traction and stability and multiple airbags as standard.

In terms of power, the Mitsubishi has a slight edge because the Mitsubishi 3.2 engine gives it stronger mid-range power.

The Pajero also has a better and responsive five-speed automatic But the Toyota Prado has better value. The Pajero’s key problem is that there is a multitude of converted versions running which do tend to mess the resale price of even left-hand drive Pajeros.

The Nissan Safari . It is nowhere the league of the Mitsubishi Pajero and the Land Cruiser based on space, versatility, refinement and Rode one and got out after. ‘Nuff

Take care and God bless!
