WARNING LIGHT ON-NO OF ANY KIND-DEALER SAID WAS DEFECTIVE CONNECTED TO SEAT WOULD OVER $600 JUST FOR THE AROUND SEPTEMBER 2013 ENGAGES EVERY TIME IS PUT IN AND WILL ONLY DISENGAGE BY INTO NEUTRAL THEN

SYSTEM

ONE MILE INTO THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL DIDN’T AFTER STOPPING, THEN RESPONDED CAUSING CAR TO ACCELERATE REPEATED TWICE BEFORE THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. CAR, SHUT THE CAR OFF, GAS CAP WAS FASTENED SECURELY. RESTARTED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED.

TURNED AROUND AND PROCEEDED THE ONE HOME. COASTED INTO THE GARAGE AND STOPPED THE CAR TO WAIT FOR THE DOOR TO CLOSE. WHILE STOPPED THE CAR TRIED TO ACCELERATE ANY INPUT TO THE GAS PEDAL. THE RPM’S AND THE CAR TRIED TO DRIVE FORWARD.

THE DIDN’T DECREASE UNTIL THE CAR WAS IN NEUTRAL. THE SUDDEN RPM INCREASE STOPPED CAUSED THE TIRES TO AGAINST THE SMOOTH PAVEMENT IN THE GARAGE. SHUT THE CAR OFF, IN PARK, RESTARTED THE CAR AND PULLED MY PARKING SPOT. THE NEXT DAY THE CAR AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. DROVE THE CAR APPROXIMATELY 5 TO THE DEALER WITHOUT INCIDENT.

DEALER INITIALLY REFUSED TO A COPY OF THE ORDER AND AFTER ON HAVING A COPY THE SERVICE NEGLECTED TO INDICATE ON THE WORK THAT THE CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED INPUT TO THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. REFUSED TO COVER THE COST OF THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION UNDER WARRANTY AND ARGUED THE SUDDEN ACCELERATION WITHOUT OR RANDOM INCREASED RPM VIOLATES THE EPA WARRANTY OR MODERN SAFETY CONTACTED GM WARRANTY WHO ALSO TO COVER THE REPLACEMENT COST EPA OR SAFETY WARRANTY.

THE BRAKE FINALLY HELD. A WAS DESTROYED, IT WAS REPLACED AND TAKEN TO MY WHO FOUND NO FURTHER DAMAGE AND NO FOR THE ACCELERATION. AFTER LEAVING THE I NOTICED THAT IT SEEMED A BIT

TWO DAYS LATER I TURNED THE CAR ON SITTING IN A PARKING LOT WITH MY ON THE BRAKE, I WAS STILL IN PARK SO THE CAR DID NOT BUT IT DID ACCELERATE. IT SEEMED OK AFTER MONDAY WHEN I RETURNED TO I DISCUSSED IT WITH MY MECHANIC AND A REPORT ON BLOOMBERG ABOUT THE WITH TOYOTA ACCELERATION AND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS ALSO 2009 AND 2008 PONTIAC S. I CHECKED THIS SITE AND 2 COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY SAME WITH THE 2008 PONTIAC .

SUSPENSION
