The first fully electric city car to be on the government-funded Technology Strategy (TSB) user trials has testing in the West Midlands.

The i-MiEV (Mitsubishi innovative Vehicle), which has a top speed of a range of 100 miles and can be charged from flat to in seven hours, is participating in a project to test electric and vehicles.
