Ssangyong Actyon Sports Ute Road Test Review | Practical Motoring

Ssangyong Actyon Sports Ute Road Test Review 6.7 our score Isaac Bober road tests and reviews the Sangyong Actyon Sports Ute with pricing, specs, ride and handling and verdict. The dual-cab market in Australia has literally exploded in the last few years with buyers expecting a whole lot more than just a rough and tumble load lugger. Manufacturers#8217; line-ups have thus had to grow from offering an entry-level knock-around model to a fully-loaded luxury-esque model for the work-and-play market. How the SsangYong Korando is designed for towing » Caravan Guard Blog

How the SsangYong Korando is designed for towing If you need proof that the SsangYong Korando is aimed at caravanners, consider this – every dealer demonstrator is fitted with a tow ball . Try walking into a rival showroom and asking to tow your caravan on a test drive; not only are you unlikely to find a car with a towball to test, you won#8217;t find a comparable crossover like the Hyundai ix35, Kia Sportage or Nissan Qashqai at a similar price, either. The SsangYong range starts from £14,995. That buys the two-wheel drive S model, but the sweet spot in the line-up is the £18,795 SX, which has four-wheel drive, plenty of equipment, and undercuts any comparable rival. Air conditioning, ...

Ssangyong Rexton reviews | Expert and user reviews | carwow.co.uk

Aggregated reviews, user reviews, videos, photos and stats The Rexton is a well priced SUV that has a lot of boot space for the money and can carry seven people. Reviews are fairly poor though since it’s not good to drive, noisy and has a dull image. Interior There’s a lot of space for five adults in the Rexton with plenty of head and leg room in the front and middle rows. There are also an extra two seats in the boot which let you carry children, as it’s quite cramped for adults. With those extra chairs folded into the floor, the boot is a very good size but some reviewers found it was not especially wide compared to the competition. Quality and safety is below par however, with ...

Ssangyong Rexton II 270 S – Ssangyong Car Review – 06-06-2008 | Used Car Expert

Ssangyong Rexton II 270 S – Ssangyong Car Review SSANGYONG decided to herald its return to the UK market with a round of serious price slashing. Smart move given that you could probably count the number of people who have even heard of the Korean car maker, let alone its model range, on one hand. Not that the name is a new one to these shores, the company has been here before and even sold the trio of Rexton, Kyron and Rodius models that still comprise the line-up. Now under the banner of Italian auto group Koelliker, the plan is to claw back some former patrons and attract others away from more established marques – and price cuts of up to £3,000 are part of the strategy. ...

Ssangyong Actyon Sports

When the SsangYong Actyon Sports Dual Cab Ute range was released five years ago we found a few items that we thought needed rectification. SsangYong listened and the second-generation Actyon is a serious work-and-play ute-market contender. SsangYong seems to have had more starts than Phar Lap, but the company’s future now is assured, following a late-2010 takeover by wealthy Indian auto maker Mahindra. This long-term relationship promises a much better future than the previous failed marriage with Daewoo that was based on shaky financial ground. The injection of Indian capital has enabled SsangYong’s engineers to incorporate some important changes to the Actyon Ute and our testing ...

SsangYong Actyon sports ute SsangYong Actyon sports ute Last month SsangYong released a new ute to replace their Musso ute. Over the last few years, the Musso ute has earned an excellent reputation for reliability and value for money. The Musso was based on well proven, but now outdated, Mercedes engine and transmission technology. The new four-door Actyon (pronounced Action) sports ute is immediately recognisable by its shark like snout – a new bonnet line that is different, distinctive and modern. The styling is based on SsangYongs new small SUV the Actyon on which the new ute is based. The new Actyon Sports Ute is powered by SsangYong’s latest technology 2-litre common ...

SsangYong Kyron

SsangYong Kyron Date March 17, 2006 (0) Joshua Dowling and Jaedene Hudson SsangYong Kyron One car, many opinions The verdict: They both dislike it, for different reasons and with varying levels of intensity. He: I must confess, I’ve been resisting testing a SsangYong. There are more cars coming out than there are weeks in the year. So sampling decades-old Mercedes engine technology (used under licence) built by a Korean brand that is 51 per cent owned by the Chinese Government wasn’t a high priority for me. Now that I’ve sampled one, it didn’t take long to realise they’ve still got a long way to go, especially with refinement and styling. She: Well, ...
