Product Warranty

Where applicable, and subject to manufacturers terms and conditions, the balance of new car warranty will apply to these vehicles. No other warranties apply.

There is no warranty under the Motor Dealers Act 1974 in respect of vehicles sold by auction. Accordingly the dealer is not required by the Act to repair or make good any defect which may exist in any vehicle so sold.

GOING,GOING,GONE.

Typically, auctions end at the closing time posted. There are some exceptions to this, however. If there are any bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes#42; of the auction closing time #40;#34;Going, Going, Gone#33;#34; period#41;, it will be extended until there are no bids for 10 continuous minutes#42;.

There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter a bid that you think will win#33;

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP #38; REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

As registration and ownership requirements vary from state to state buyers should familiarise themselves with the registration and transfer requirements of the state in which the vehicle will be registered. As is standard practice the buyer is responsible for state transfer fees, duties etc. that may apply.

In line with requirements in Every State and Territory other than New South Wales, vehicles in these states#47;territories will be sold unregistered to private buyers. Plates will not be given to the successful buyer and it is their responsibility to obtain an UVP #40;unregistered vehicle permit#41; when organising to pick the vehicle up.

We advise purchasers to always check with relevant authorities #40;REVS, RTA,#160;VIC Roads etc#41; for any previous#160;vehicle#160;history.

NSW REGISTERED VEHICLES – Before you buy a vehicle, it is your responsibility to check the registration and CTP insurance details of the vehicle via the RTA http#58;#47;#47;www.rta.nsw.gov.au#47;

or phone the RTA Contact Centre on 132213. You must transfer the registration into your name within 14 days of the vehicle coming into your possession or management.

GRAYS will not be liable for any fines in relation to registration matters and registration may be cancelled if not transferred within 14 days of the invoice date.

Once your invoice is paid, youll need to visit a motor registry with#58;

Proof of identity, or if youre registering the vehicle in the name of a company or organisation, proof that the company or organisation is a legal entity

YOU WILL NOT NEED the old registration paperwork, these will not be given with the vehicle

Stamp duty #40;unless exempt#41;

Additional motor vehicle tax #40;or national heavy vehicle charges#41; if you have bought your vehicle from someone receiving an RTA concession #40;such as a pensioner#41; and you are not eligible for that concession

Late transfer surcharge. A surcharge will be applied to customers who fail to transfer the registration within 14 days of the date of acquisition

INSPECTION DATES

Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods. Descriptions, photographs #38; Inspection Reports #40;If Attached in lot#41; should be used as a guide only, assets are sold as is, where is basis. If you are unsure please do not bid, as no refunds will be given.

Inspection is available on Monday 25th of November #160;2013 between 9am and 3pm only at 29-33 Carter Street, Lidcombe, NSW.

We recommend all potential bidders especially interstate bidders to organise a third party to inspect on their behalf if unable to attend inspection.

If you wish to have the third party inspect on your behalf you can contact NSW State Roads Vehicle Inspectors on 1300 737 450 who can provide you with a mechanical and cosmetic report at your cost

ASSET COLLECTION

Pick ups are not allowed outside of the dates#47;times listed below.

Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received, no need for an appointment. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods will only be released with correct buyer details being provided #40;Full Buyer name, Sale and Lot number and ID#41;.

Any items remaining uncollected 1 week after the sale has closed will be deemed abandoned and#47;or may incur a daily storage fee of #36;50 per day and#47;or removal fee.

Third Party Pick Up

If you intend to send a Third Party to collect your Goods on your behalf The information needed with them is#58;
