1997 Opel Omega MV6 3.0 V6 24v Lithuania

Good when

I bought the car in mint condition. owner was very careful and had the car perfectly. The only thing didn#039;t work was the heated All the things I had to change or fix during 46 000km:

Front brake replaced.

Front forks bushings replaced.

Front something replaced.

Ignition coils started signs of deterioration.

By the way – I had LPG

One of the exhaust system muffler from the inside and clogged up the – fixed.

The plastic in wheel arches (again know the word) attached weakly – during snow loosens from mountings.

The indicator stalk broke – from the – the indicators won#039;t on. And also the cruise control … along with it. replacing the stalk, I#039;ve out that it had been replaced time earlier in the car#039;s

Opel Omega

The interior heaters vacuum started leaking coolant – replaced.

Finally the differential broke – to be precise. Now the rear wheels are spinning together at the same

Also the front passengers grip handle (at the ceiling) broke off, when my took a grab on it. Some few interior plastic bits of during normal operation..

parts of the dash don#039;t up anymore.

At the moment there#039;s some from the front chassis

General Comments:

When the car has some plus sides. roomy – bigger the E-class or the 5 series, but a bit smaller the S-class and the 7-series. However the passengers feel comfortable at all

The car is extremely good at longer struggles in narrow city though.

The level of luxury in MV6 is decent – there#039;s you could ask in a 1997 midrange saloon. The interior feels a bit but that#039;s OK – the Opel/Vauxhall are not as the BMW or Merc.

The gearbox works quite long ratios give fuel economy and more ride. The engine is powerful for a confident ride but just The 3.0 produces 211 bhp and is the most powerful in the but it#039;s not the racer. Forget drags, drifts or some crazy stuff.

It#039;s a car with rather soft and the engine isn#039;t tuned to Saying the truth, it is quite an unit – feels like an underpowered lazy V8. for cruising, good for safe but really not sharp.

Rust is what you have you out for. And when it starts, in a marathon battle – it keep appearing till the Yours or the cars..

Would you buy car from this manufacturer? Know
